Becky Pastner is a certified executive and leadership coach, strategic advisor, and facilitator with 20+ years of experience across the nonprofit and philanthropic sector. She previously served as Vice President of Evaluation and Strategic Learning at St. David’s Foundation.
Becky helps leaders navigate complexity, design strategy, and build strong organizational cultures. Known for her collaborative, creative facilitation style, she draws on improv training and Liberating Structures to engage groups and spark new thinking.
She holds a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School at The University of Texas at Austin and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
