This webinar is designed to help nonprofit leaders move beyond incremental, assumption-based fundraising goals and adopt a more realistic, data-driven approach to budgeting. Participants will gain practical tools and insights to forecast or re-forecast their fundraising goals in a way that aligns resources, strategy, and expectations—regardless of where they are in their fiscal year.
